Bawden Managed Landscapes already maintains the prestigious Defence Academy located in Shrivenham for Serco. We will now be caring for three additional sites across the South of England, bringing the overall contract value to around £600,000. Bawden Managed Landscapes Director, Richard Stone, believes that winning the additional sites is a vote of confidence in the work the company already undertakes for Serco:

Weed control is an important part of the grounds maintenance regime on all four sites, and Bawden Managed Landscapes has invested in state of the art spraying equipment to fulfil Serco’s requirements. It now operates a specialist division to provide this service to other customers.
We have always maintained a strong presence in the Swindon area as a result of the Serco MoD Shrivenham grounds maintenance contract. The result of this has been that as well as the large MoD estate that is maintained, we also undertake a significant amount of other grounds maintenance work for local councils, schools, business parks and domestic housing in the Swindon area.
